All bookings are arranged through third-party providers. Tulum Moments acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the performance of third parties.

2. Payment & Cancellations

All services must be booked in advance. Specific payment and cancellation terms will be provided for each booking.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges, depending on the provider’s policy.

Tulum Moments is not responsible for damages, losses, delays, or accidents caused by third-party providers. While we strive to work only with trusted partners, we assume no responsibility for their services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
